1. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing or using any London Stream subscription you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service description
London Stream is an authorised reseller of streaming middleware credentials. We provide access to streaming services that aggregate publicly broadcast television content. We do not host or transmit the content ourselves.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a subscription. By placing an order you confirm that streaming this type of content is legal in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscription & payment
Subscriptions are prepaid for the period you select (1, 3, 6 or 12 months). Activation occurs within minutes of payment confirmation. Pricing is shown in your selected currency at checkout.
5. Account security
Your credentials are personal and non-transferable. Sharing your line on more devices than your plan permits will result in suspension without refund.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to redistribute, resell, restream or record content. Any attempt to reverse-engineer the service or bypass concurrent-connection limits is prohibited.
7. Service availability
We target 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Brief maintenance windows and upstream issues outside our control may occur. We will always communicate planned maintenance in advance.
8. Refunds
Every plan includes a 30-day money-back guarantee under the conditions described on our Refund Policy page.
9. Limitation of liability
London Stream is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription period.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email or WhatsApp at least 14 days before they take effect.
